Fresh, mouthwatering, lively. Fresh with lots of melon and citrus characters shining through. A pur unoaked style that is very easy to drink and enjoy.
Colombard
Lush, ripe, expressive. Ripe tropical citrus flavours, firm fresh structure, and warmth from the hint of American Oak.
Sauvignon Blanc
Stylish, dry, criap. Very ripe and fresh on the nose with the classic sauvignon characteristics of gooseberry, grass and tropical fruit. The palate has all the verve and crisp zingy fruit the nose promises.
Chardonnay
Rich, creamy, smooth. Huge amounts of creamy apple fruit on the nose and palate with a judicious flash of oak leading the wine to a buttery complexity which is hard to resist.
Riesling
Fragrant, medium, delicate. Subtle peach and lemon aromas, with long soft medium finish.

Merlot
Voluptuous, soft, lingering. Upfront juicy fruit flavours, rich in colour and a soft, supple finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Indulgent, delicious, warm. Rich, medium to full bodied wine exhibiting a typical blackcurrant nose classic of Cabernet. Smooth and juicy on the palate.
Shiraz
Evocative, sumptuous, big. Packed full of blackberry fruits and spice on the nose. Extremely smooth and juicy on the palate.
Pinotage
Inviting, vibrant, satisfying. Bursting with Damsons and spice flavours with a delicious lasting finish.
